Start lower than you think
The first tablet should be boring. If it works, you can talk about going up. Starting at the top of the list is how men get a bad first night.
The catalog goes up to Vidalista 80 mg and Vilitra 60 mg. That does not mean those are the products to tap first. They are the ceiling, not the front door.
A clean first order
New to tadalafil: Vidalista 2.5 mg, 5 mg, or 10 mg. New to vardenafil: Vilitra 10 mg. If you already know you want the classic as-needed Cialis-family tablet, 20 mg is the usual one, not 40.
Why men overshoot
Embarrassment. A friend who swears by “the strong one.” A night that already has pressure on it. None of that is a dosing strategy. A tablet that is too strong is not more romantic. It is a headache, a flush, and a reason you do not try again.
What “too much” can feel like
Headache, flushing, stuffy nose, indigestion, back ache (more common with tadalafil), a visual tint that should send you to a doctor if it does not fade. An erection that lasts more than four hours is an emergency, not a flex. Say that out loud before you order the top tablet.
Food, alcohol, nitrates
A heavy, high-fat meal can slow vardenafil more than tadalafil. Alcohol makes side effects louder and erections worse, which is a stupid combination. Nitrates (and some recreational poppers) are a hard no with both families. If you take them, do not order around that fact. Tell the person on the confirmation call.
